Sound Off

I have added a settings menu, which is located in the menu screen. So far it only has two mute buttons, one for the music, and the other for the sound effects.

The sounds effects and music are now louder. 

I also fixed the bug that messed up the game when dying after defeating a boss.

And I have also put up the android file for download.
